Financial Overflow: Bible Principles To Unlock Heavens Unending Supply

Financial overflow exists, and believers who have been in that realm rarely doubt the name of the Lord — Jehovah Jireh. Most times, due to the struggle and hardship of life, people conclude that there is no way out of poverty and lack. However, God’s word has said that believers will spend all the days of their lives in prosperity. The question now is how do you receive the unending supplies from God. Read on to find out more about it.

Does God Want Me to Prosper?

This is one of the common questions people ask after enduring the backlash of poverty. They doubt whether God is interested in their prosperity and His capability to bring the resources. However, the truth is that God is more than ready to make you prosper and your children’s children.

The Bible says that God takes pleasure in the prosperity of His people (Psalm 35:27). It is important to note that God is not glorified when you are poor; neither does God see hardship as a way of humbling His people. Instead, God wants every wish, and thought is that you prosper and be in good health even as your soul prosper (3 John 1:2).

Can God Provide all my needs?

Regardless of how lofty your needs are, God is more than able to make all good things abound to you. The Bible says Our God can do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think” — Ephesians 3:20. The God we serve does not need to beg before he can provide for you; He alone has created the world; He owns every animal on earth; the gold and silver are His, etc.

Most people need to be successful — have a house, a nice car, a family, and a prosperous business. An illustration in scripture is Abraham, who was very rich in livestock, silver, and gold.

How to Receive God’s Blessings?

Many times believers want the best of God; they want to love, money and health. But they do not know how to receive the promises of God. However, in this section, you shall be learning how to receive the blessings of God.

Love God:

Solomon loved the Lord (1 Kings 3:3)

The first step to being blessed by God is not receiving but giving. Like Solomon, you must love God with all your heart, soul, mind, thoughts and actions. After putting that into practice, you will understand that if we receive things from our Lord, it is not because we deserve it but because He wants to give it to us. This means that our love must be for who God is and not for what we can receive in return.

Take Responsibility:

Most times, believers do not know they have a path to play in financial overflow. To unlock heaven supplies, you need to know that God has a role, and you also have a role to play. An example from scripture is Solomon. He never shied away from his responsibility or expected God to delegate someone else in his place. He knows his duties and fulfilled them, just as his father had taught him.

In the same way, if you want to receive God’s blessing, commit yourself to your obligations and do your best. Strive in everything you do and do not do things halfway.

Make your life be an offering:

It may seem incomprehensible to have to give to receive, but that’s how it works. God doesn’t need anything from you, but he cares about the attitude you give. Only He knows the true intentions of your heart and knows if your offerings and sacrifices are for the sole purpose of receiving something in return or if you do it because you really want to honor God and you love him. This does not necessarily mean that you should give money or material goods, but make your life a pleasing offering before God.

Principle of Obedience:

One of the reasons why some people may never receive anything from God is their disobedience. The prosperity of the believer is tied towards their obedience to God. This is because you will receive some instruction from God at a certain point that may not make sense naturally. But your blessing is tied toward the obedience of the instruction. An example of someone who obeyed God is Abraham, and that is why he is regarded as one of the richest men in his days.

Principle of Tithing:

As a believer, tithing is not something to gamble about, and it simply means that you appreciate God for what he has done. Tithing also means that you trust God, and it opens the door to THE BLESSING that God set forth to meet your needs, bless you, and keep you prosperous (Deuteronomy 28).

Principle of Humility:

Blessed are the ‘poor in spirit: for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.”(Matthew 5:3)

Another principle to obey to start receiving unending supplies from God is the principle of humility. The Bible says that the Lord rebukes the proud and gives grace to the humble. To be humble means admitting your limitations, accepting you need help from God, and refusing to exalt yourself despite your result.

Principle of Rejoicing:

Most people have the habit of always complaining and murmuring. This is one of the reasons why the children of Israelites were destroyed in the Wilderness. Because they murmur against God and the things He has done for them. You may wonder how it is possible to rejoice when there is no money or funds for the family. The truth is that rejoicing is a strategy that pulls the hand of God to supply your needs. So, instead of complaining, switch to praises and rejoicing.

Principle of Positive Affirmation:

As a believer, you are accountable for your words. “A man appreciates excellent things from the fruit of his lips, but the desire of the faithless is violence” (Proverbs 13:2). Positive affirmations help to attract the supernatural. But when you are always speaking negatively about yourself, the result will also be evident.

In conclusion, receiving God’s blessing of an unending supply is a reality every believer must hold unto. The various principle highlighted are some of the ways to access these great blessings from God and live a life of abundance.
